家賃には光熱費を含みます。敷金・礼金はいただきません。
預かり保証金2万円が入居時に必要です。退去時に返還されます。
整備費10,000円を退去時に頂戴致します。
一か月分の家賃を前もってお支払いください。
二人以上の入居の場合一人につき15,000円の家賃が追加されます。
個室以外の共有エリアについて、定期的に管理人が清掃いたします。
トイレットペーパー、キッチン洗剤、ごみ袋などの消耗品は提供されます。

Deposit 20,000 yen is required when move in, (This is refundable when move out)
Cleaning fee 10,000 yen will be charged when move out.
Please pay full amount of rent before each monthly rental period.

The manager regularly cleans common areas other than private rooms.
Consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen detergent and garbage bags will be provided.

JR総武線快速で東京駅へは14分、成田空港へは乗り換えなしで１時間。
JR総武線各停で秋葉原駅へは14分、新宿駅へは34分。新小岩駅から5分の「錦糸町駅」から東京メトロ半蔵門線へ乗り換えれば、
